Investors in People is delighted to award YGC – Ymgynghoriaeth Gwynedd Consultancy, north Wales based multi-disciplinary consultancy, We invest in people, standard accreditation.
It means principles and practices around supporting people are in place and everyone understands how to use them to make work better!

YGC is a consultancy service which forms part of the Highways, Engineering and YGC Department of Cyngor Gwynedd, working across north and mid Wales, with offices in Caernarfon, Pwllheli and Dolgellau. The services offered by YGC range from designing, building and maintaining roads, structures and buildings to monitoring the risk of flooding and ensuring that the environment is protected.
The YGC Service provides a range of services together with local expertise through the employment of 125 staff to ensure essential services for the people of Gwynedd and all their customers and partners across Gwynedd and wider”.
